Terms and Conditions

It is not possible to guarantee the accuracy of colours shown. No responsibility can be made for different colour settings on individual monitors. Handmade rugs can differ in sizes. If size is critical then you should phone before ordering. Pile height is the overall height of the rug from the floor.

Some rugs can be purchased with or without a fringe. If you have a preference it is your responsibility to make sure you have ordered your preferred choice.

Making A Purchase

Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For payments you can use our secure server. We do not process orders over the phone.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. It is your responsibility to check this for accuracy. If the goods are out of stock then we will not process your order until we have confirmed with you stock availability and delivery date. If the goods are no longer stocked that we shall not be liable to find suitable replacements we will simply cancel your order and not charge your credit card or other methods of payment.

It is our intention to process all orders immediately and the goods will be shipped for delivery the next working day with the intention to reach you in 3-4 working days.


We endeavour to display correct pricing and description of all times, Shah’s reserves the right to refuse the sale of mis-described or mis-priced products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are making a purchase using an Independent Inspections Insurance Mandate, these can only be made in store, and can only be used against purchases of Full Priced items.

20.0% VAT is included in all prices shown on the website.

Return Policy

Return Policy

Our returns policy is simple – Return any regular priced goods to us in an unused condition within 14 days for a full refund to our store.

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products and is entirely your responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the products whilst in your possession.

If you require us to arrange the collection we will gladly arrange this for you and the cost of this will be set aside to the refund due. Returns do not need to be in their original packaging, but must be something similar as to not get damaged in transit.

You may also make returns in PERSON to our store without appointment but a receipt must be shown.

We are not able to refund special order items - this is for custom goods or goods made up to specific sizes. - 

It is your responsibility to check your order confirmation for any errors prior to manufacture.
